Mon Epoque specializes in vintage, used, and restored furniture and décor. Because these items are vintage, signs of age, wear, patina, repairs, imperfections, and age-related character should be expected.

We make every effort to accurately describe, measure, and photograph each item. Please review all photos, dimensions, and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if an item becomes unavailable, is damaged prior to shipment, contains a pricing error, cannot be delivered, or if payment cannot be verified.

Shipping terms are described in our Shipping & Delivery policy. The buyer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring that the piece can be delivered into the intended space.

Returns, cancellations and refunds are handled under our Returns & Refunds policy. Because pieces are vintage and one-of-a-kind, please review all photos, dimensions and condition notes before purchasing.

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with checkout or payment systems, attempt unauthorized access, or use the site for fraudulent activity.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mon Epoque's liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the item. Mon Epoque is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase, shipment, or use of any product.
