SHIPPING

Smaller items such as lamps, mirrors, and home decor ship with UPS ground USA-wide (with exception of Alaska and Hawaii).

All orders are processed within 2 - 4 business days. Once dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details.

LOCAL DELIVERY

​

If you purchase furniture and other larger items (dressers, chairs, tables, some rugs...), you'll be billed for the delivery fee separately. A $100 delivery deposit will be charged at the checkout. The cost of delivery will be calculated and invoiced based on the size and destination.

PACKAGING

 

Keeping your items safe and sound during delivery requires several protective layers. In order to lower the impact on the environment, we proudly repurpose as many clean packaging supplies as possible, including boxes, bubble wrap, newspapers, etc. We kindly encourage our customers to re-purpose and reuse these supplies further or recycle them when possible.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Please ensure all details on your order are correct before submitting your order, in particular, we recommend double-checking your email address and delivery address. 

In case you wish to make a change after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

​If you decide to cancel your order because of delivery problems, a 20% restocking fee will be charged.

Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order once it has been dispatched.

HOLDS

Our policy regarding item holds is designed to ensure fairness and provide the best shopping experience for all our valued customers. To reserve an item, we kindly request a non-refundable deposit of 15% of the item's total value. This deposit serves as a guarantee of your intention to purchase and secures the item exclusively for you for up to 30 days.

Please note that the deposit is non-refundable, and we want to emphasize this aspect clearly. The reason behind this policy is the uniqueness and vintage nature of our items. By placing an item on hold, we are temporarily removing it from our inventory, which may result in lost opportunities to sell it to other interested buyers. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

We strive to provide an exceptional selection of unique and vintage items, and we want to ensure that all customers have an equal chance to acquire them.

Return and exchange policy

RETURN & EXCHANGE

We do not accept returns and exchanges.

We love vintage items because they possess a unique history and charm that just can't be re-created. This includes occasional wear and tear that these items pick up over time. We want you to be aware of any imperfections prior to your purchase, which is why we kindly ask you to read the description and take a close look at the photos and videos. We also encourage you to reach out with any questions or ask for any additional information you need.

ITEMS LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSITION

​

Each package we ship out is insured. In case you discover any damage, please contact us as soon as possible and we will start the claim process. Make sure to keep all packaging and the damaged item until the claim is finished and you receive your refund.

Once the shipment is marked delivered we are not able to offer a refund due to stolen packages. If you have special instructions for delivery please leave a note at checkout or email us prior to purchase.
